Customer's statutory rights as set out in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 are not affected by my policy. If a print is faulty or damaged, and it is therefore not fit for the purpose, you must contact me immediately. I will gladly refund the customer or replace the goods once they have been returned and proven to be faulty, but they must be returned within seven days of receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned safely to me and in their entirety including the packaging. If the goods are not faulty or damaged or the original packaging is missing then I cannot make a refund.
